1. Why rent versus buying?
When equipment is purchased it has to be depreciated (written off on income tax) over a number of years. On the other hand, rental expenses can be immediately written off. Although rules governing income taxes regularly change, deducting the costs of rental equipment can represent a quicker, simpler, (and in many cases a greater) tax deduction. Finally, when equipment is rented from us, you're guaranteed to get the equipment that will meet your specific needs.

2. Can BakerCorp customize equipment?
Yes. We have the capability to modify equipment to meet our customer's requirements.

3. How are your pumps moved or delivered?
We have our own team of trained and skilled drivers at each branch operating our own truck fleet. Our drivers are the best in the industry - show them where it goes and it is as good as there.

4. I have an emergency - how fast can you get me equipment?
BakerCorp has built its reputation on providing equipment to customers in emergency situations with quick and immediate delivery. BakerCorp is there for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the fastest response time in the industry.

5. Can you help me plan my project needs?
Yes, BakerCorp has a variety of product experts available to help plan and coordinate all your project needs.

6. How is your equipment maintained?
BakerCorp has a 40 point preventative maintenance checklist that we perform on every piece of equipment. Pumps are vacuum and/or pressure checked before every rental.

7. What are BakerCorp's cleanliness requirements for returning off-rent equipment?
Our pumps must be returned in a condition that complies with all local, state, and federal agencies to insure that each pump is free of all regulated materials. All equipment in industrial service must be decontaminated before it's return.

8. How long can I rent the equipment for?
Our equipment is available on a daily, weekly, or monthly rental basis. As long as you need it, it's yours.

9. Am I able to pick up equipment from a branch location?
Yes, some of our customers do arrange to pick up and deliver equipment from our rental locations. Most customers, however, rely on our qualified team of drivers for their transportation needs.
